The marriage of my "eat what I want whenever I want" diet with my workout of pushups, situps, and model strutting is working! I reached 137 pounds yesterday morning - naked! And my fat percentage is still only 9.6%. I've successfully gained 2 pounds in under a week. I feel happier already.
In other news, my blog has gone international (my prior Canadian visitors didn't count)! This past week, I had visitors from Netherland and Brazil. What a treat.
