Don't Spit on Me!

I was a victim of a hate crime today. My coworker Peter came up to me right before our company meeting and spit a mouthful of water all over me. My face, my neck, my ___ and my____ .

You better watch your back, Peter.

It's about to be a WHAT girlfight!

I'm back!

I'm back from Asia! The trip was a lot of fun. I'll post pictures and stories when I'm less jetlagged. (I woke up at 2.30am this morning craving Japanese food for dinner).

Happy St. Patty's Day!

I'm SO Irish today. Karen made corned beef for dinner with tons of potatoes. We had guinness. And! My boyfriend is part Irish.

Heading out to Asia! I'll post our photoshoots when I'm back!

I forgot to wear green today. Well, I wore green boxers, but it wouldn't be appropriate to show most people. It's okay though. I made a bracelet out of green construction paper. All is well.

Lets do some pot

I went to my last pottery class this Monday. Four pots survived the horrible ordeal of me wedging, centering, pulling, trimming and glazing them. Of course, as I was taking my babies home I ended up smashing one in my car. Meh, I'll fix it with superglue.

Here they are:

Oh oh oh oh! Emily!

I drove out to the countryside (tri-cities) this past weekend to visit Emily. We got all caught up and had a lovely time. Ben Folds piano sing-a-longs, espresso, dishing about boys, park adventuring and the vainest photoshoots ever! What could be better?

Oh, and I got my first speeding ticket! 89 in a 70. Whoops.

The drive.

Welcome to the country! (bug-gutsy windshield)

Finally found one! The commercials weren't lying afterall...

I got a kids meal with tots.

Meat Sticks

Last Friday, I was craving something salty at work so I decided to try one of those nasty looking meat sticks (Oberto's peps) that the office-men are always eating. But, before taking a bite of the meat stick I wanted to check out the nutrition facts to see if eating the meat stick would help me with my weight gain diet. Turns out the leading ingredient of meat sticks is PORK HEART! Haha, crazzzy!

Kind of funny though since I'm always telling people they don't put enough "heart" into their cooking.

And yes, I was trying to see how many times I could get away with writing "meat sticks" in my blog.

An Update

So my February weight gain diet was a semi-success. I still haven't reached my happy weight yet, but I'm closer! I started the month off at 135 pounds with a body fat percentage of about 9%. On March 1, I weighed 137 pounds with a body fat percentage of 9.6%. Not bad.

I'm sure my March attempt at reaching my happy weight will be a success. Asia is in 2 weeks!

Where are you?
