So my February weight gain diet was a semi-success. I still haven't reached my happy weight yet, but I'm closer! I started the month off at 135 pounds with a body fat percentage of about 9%. On March 1, I weighed 137 pounds with a body fat percentage of 9.6%. Not bad.
I'm sure my March attempt at reaching my happy weight will be a success. Asia is in 2 weeks!
